GriefShare group - ONLINE

GriefShare is a grief support group that provides help and encouragement after the death of a loved one. This 13-week video seminar series features some of the nation's foremost experts on grief recovery topics. Seminar sessions include "Is This Normal?" "The Challenges of Grief", "Grief and Your Relationships," "Why?" and "Guilt and Anger."
Each seminar is combined with a small group discussion time to allow group participants to talk about the content of the seminar and about how they are dealing with the death of their loved one.
We will meet online from 11am-1pm beginning March 12 through June 4.
